Q.【月会費コース】機種変更をした場合、手続きは必要ですか?(キャリア決済を利用/携帯会社の変更あり)

Your payment information will not be carried over, so your membership to the site will be automatically terminated at the end of the month in which the change was made.
*When changing your contract between SoftBank ⇔ Y!mobile ⇔ LINEMO, your monthly fee course will not be canceled.

If you log in with the same FANY ID (or email address) at the beginning of the following month,
You will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to pay your monthly membership fee, so please pay using your preferred method.
To access the site, please use a web browser (Chrome/Safari).

*Once your automatic cancellation is reflected, you will be unable to log in and will be redirected to the [Membership Fee Payment Screen].
At that time, please register your preferred payment method.
*Please note that it may take several days for your automatic cancellation to take effect.

If you re-register under the following conditions, you will be able to resume using the service while keeping your membership information (including your joining date and points).

*Please complete the procedure (i.e. pay your membership fee) within 30 days after your cancellation is complete.
● Use the same FANY ID to complete the procedure

・If you cancel your membership, your email newsletter settings will be unregistered.
After re-subscribing, please enable your subscription settings from [Email Newsletter Settings] on your My Page.

・If more than 30 days have passed since you completed the cancellation process, or if you use a different FANY ID,
Your registration will not be carried over and you will be required to sign up as a new member.

Please note that if you sign up for a new membership, your sign-up date and point information cannot be restored.
