Q.自動継続にしていますが、 いつ有効期限が更新されますか?
The automatic renewal process is as follows:
When you access your My Page, next to "Membership expiration date" you will see
If your subscription is ongoing, [Automatic Continuation] will be displayed.
To stop or change a credit card that is currently being automatically renewed,
This can be done up until the 20th of the month your membership expires.
●If your subscription is automatically renewed, please use your registered credit card.
Your membership will be renewed between the 21st and the end of the month in which it expires.
Once renewal is complete, you can check the extended expiration date on your My Page.
*We will also notify you by email to your registered email address.
In the unlikely event that your registered credit card cannot be renewed,
You can renew your membership within one month of the expiration date.
